Assunto: Pedido de explicação sobre cancelamento total da encomenda e garantia de reembolso

Exmos. Senhores,

Efetuei o pagamento da minha encomenda no dia [дата оплаты7.08.2025], que incluía vários artigos. O valor total foi debitado da minha conta bancária.
Sem o meu consentimento, todo o pedido foi cancelado, e agora aparece como “Processamento de reembolso”.

Exijo uma explicação clara e detalhada sobre:

1. O motivo do cancelamento total da minha encomenda.

2. A confirmação de que o valor total pago será devolvido na íntegra.

3. O prazo exato para a conclusão do reembolso na minha conta bancária.

4. Porque não fui informada antecipadamente sobre esta decisão.

Esta situação está a causar-me sérios transtornos. Manterei registo desta comunicação e, caso o reembolso não seja processado no prazo indicado, apresentarei uma reclamação formal junto das entidades competentes.
