How to Find a Store on AliExpress: By Name, Order, Coupon or Seller ID
Sometimes you do not need “any” AliExpress store. You need that exact store: the one your friend recommended, the one where you bought a good product last year, or the one that had the right item before it disappeared from your cart like it had a secret life of its own.
The problem is that AliExpress is huge. Store names are often similar, product photos are copied by dozens of sellers, and a search by product name may show everything except the seller you were actually looking for.
In this guide, I’ll show the most practical ways to find a store on AliExpress: by store name, seller ID, old order, seller coupon, product page or Google search. And before you order again, I’ll also show how to check whether the store is still reliable — because even a seller you trusted once can change over time.
Quick answer
To find a store on AliExpress, try searching by the store name in AliExpress search first. If that does not work, search the store name in Google with “AliExpress” or use the query “site:aliexpress.com/store”. You can also find a store through an old order, seller coupons, a product page or the seller’s numeric store ID in the URL.
If you found the store again, do not order automatically. Check recent reviews, seller rating, product photos, delivery terms and the current AliHelper seller rating before buying.

How to find a store by name
On the official website of Aliexpress
The search bar is primarily used to search for goods by their name. But when you enter the name of the store, its assortment is shown. For example, here is the output if you enter “qcy official store”.

In the search filters, you can also select only products from a particular retailer. However, you can follow the link under the price of the item to the desired store and see the full assortment there.

In the Aliexpress mobile application
The search results for a particular store in the AliExpress mobile app are similar to the search results on the website.
In search engines
At the moment, this is the only effective way to find a store on AliExpress by name. Let’s demonstrate how this option works on the example of a little-known store “BoBo Digital Store”.
In Google it is enough to enter the name for the store to appear on the first line even with the rating.

If suddenly the desired store is not found immediately, add to your query “AliExpress” after the name or “site:aliexpress.com” before the name. These tips are also relevant if you are looking for a seller in a search engine from your phone.
How to find a seller on Aliexpress by number
Each store on AliExpress, in addition to a unique name, also has a unique numerical code. Among other things, it is specified in the URL of the store.

If you only know the seller’s number, you can search for it through any browser from your phone or desktop device. To do this, type “https://aliexpress.com/store/ХХХХХХХ” in the address line, where XXXXXXXXXXX is the number of the seller.
How to find a store on Aliexpress by orders
On the site
1. Go to the “Profile” section;
2. Go to the “Orders” subsection;
3. Then go to “Archive”;
4. In the list of orders, select the order sent by the seller from whom you would like to buy something else;
5. In the “Products” block you will find an active link to the desired store.
In the mobile app
Searching for a store in the mobile application of Aliexpress by orders is absolutely similar to the search by orders on the official site.
By seller’s coupons
If you saved or received a seller coupon, it can also lead you back to the store. Open your AliExpress profile and check the coupons section. Seller coupons usually show which store provided them. Click the coupon or store name to open the seller page. This method is especially useful during sales, when you collect coupons first and only later try to remember where they came from.
By the way, here you can find unique AliExpress coupons.

Checking the reliability of a seller on Aliexpress
Another important aspect when searching for a store is its reliability. To find out it will help the seller rating on Aliexpress. However, the current version of the site presents a truncated low-informative rating. In addition, unscrupulous stores have a lot of opportunities to scramble it and good reviews.
To find out an objective detailed rating of the seller, you can use one of the third-party free extensions for the browser. For example, AliHelper. It will start showing the rating of each store even at the search stage. In the form of multicolored circles on product photos.

Green color marks reliable sellers, orange – those whose buyers occasionally encounter small disruptions in their work, and red – stores that have serious lapses in the collection and shipment of orders or even scammers.
To see a detailed rating of a particular seller by five criteria, go to the card of one of its products and open the section of the same name in the AliHelper extension.

The extension calculates the seller’s rating by the following items:
- conformity of the goods to the description;
- speed of seller’s response to messages;
- speed of sending orders;
- the period of cooperation of the store with Aliexpress;
- the percentage of buyers dissatisfied with the products.
Each criterion is marked with a pictogram, indicating the level of service in a particular item. A green check mark indicates excellent or good work, an orange check mark speaks of some shortcomings, and a red cross shows the weaknesses of the seller, which should be focused on. Especially if this item is extremely important to you personally.
Also AliHelper will help you track parcels and discounts, see the history of price changes, find similar products, and also shows reviews with filters by photo and country in a convenient window. The extension is available in two colors and 13 languages, installable in 2 clicks from official browser stores.

Why you should recheck even familiar sellers
A seller you ordered from before is not automatically safe forever. AliExpress stores change. They may grow too fast, switch suppliers, change management or simply stop caring about service.
That is why I always recheck a store before a repeat order, especially if:
- my last order was more than a few months ago;
- the product is expensive;
- I need the item by a certain date;
- the store has many new negative reviews;
- the product photos changed;
- the price suddenly dropped too much;
- the seller now offers a different shipping method.
A repeat order is convenient, but it should not be blind. Even a familiar seller deserves a quick check.
How to save an AliExpress store so you do not lose it again
If you found a good store, save it immediately. Trust me, “I’ll remember the name” does not work when the name looks like “Shop1102876543 Store”.
You can:
- follow the store on AliExpress;
- add products from the store to your wishlist;
- save the store link in notes;
- take a screenshot of the store page;
- save the seller’s store ID;
- keep the order in your history;
- save coupons from the seller;
- bookmark the store in your browser.
If the store sells products you may need again — phone cases, printer supplies, pet accessories, craft materials, spare parts — saving it is much easier than hunting it down later.
Same store or just the same product photo?
On AliExpress, the same product photos can appear in many different stores. This does not always mean you found the same seller.
Before you assume it is the right store, check:
- store name;
- store ID in the URL;
- seller rating;
- number of followers;
- store age;
- product assortment;
- old order history;
- seller coupons;
- recent reviews;
- communication style in messages.
If the product photo is the only thing that matches, be careful. You may have found the same item from another seller, not the original store.
You can find almost any kind of product, but finding a seller on Aliexpress is the key to a successful purchase. We hope that our tips will help you in this challenging endeavor.
Enter the store name in the AliExpress search bar. If AliExpress shows only products, open a product from that seller and click the store name on the product page.
Yes. Open the AliExpress app, type the store name in the search bar, open one of the seller’s products and tap the store name to visit the store page.
Open your AliExpress account, go to “Orders” or archived orders, find the product you bought and click the store name or product link in the order details.
Type https://aliexpress.com/store/STORENUMBER in your browser and replace STORENUMBER with the seller’s numeric store ID.
Yes. Search for the store name with the word “AliExpress”, or use a query like “Store Name” site:aliexpress.com/store.
The store may have changed its name, closed, stopped selling, hidden some products or been replaced by similar sellers in search results. Try searching by old order, store ID, product link, coupons or Google.
Check the store name, store ID, old order history, product assortment, seller rating, reviews and coupons. Do not rely only on product photos because many sellers use the same images.
Follow the store, add products to your wishlist, bookmark the store page, save the store link or take a screenshot with the store name and ID.
Only after checking recent reviews and seller reliability. A good old order does not guarantee that the store still works the same way today.
AliHelper helps check seller rating, price history, similar products, coupons, reviews and parcel tracking. It is useful after you find the store and want to decide whether it is still worth buying from.
